Our Programs & Initiatives

Committed to kidney health awareness, easy access to dialysis treatments, and support for kidney disease patients in Nigeria.

Our Core Programs

We focus on four key areas to address the most critical needs in kidney health care and education across Nigerian communities.

Free Medical Outreach

Our comprehensive free medical outreach program brings essential kidney health services directly to underserved communities across Nigeria. We organize regular medical camps and mobile clinics to ensure that geographic and financial barriers don’t prevent access to vital healthcare services.

Through strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers and community leaders, we establish temporary medical facilities in rural and urban underserved areas. Our medical teams conduct thorough health assessments, provide immediate care for acute conditions, and offer referrals for specialized treatment when necessary.

Eligibility & Target Groups

Our outreach programs are conducted monthly in different communities, with each camp serving 50-100 individuals over a 2-day period. We collaborate with local government health departments, traditional rulers, and community health workers to ensure maximum reach and cultural sensitivity.

Since inception, we have conducted over 30 outreach programs, screening more than 397 individuals and identifying 10+ cases requiring immediate medical intervention.

Kidney Health Education

Our comprehensive education initiative focuses on raising awareness about kidney health, disease prevention, and early detection strategies across all segments of Nigerian society. We believe that education is the foundation of effective kidney disease prevention.

Through evidence-based educational programs, we empower individuals and communities with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their kidney health. Our curriculum covers everything from basic kidney anatomy to advanced disease management strategies.

Eligibility & Target Groups

We conduct 15-20 educational sessions monthly across different platforms. Our team includes certified health educators, nephrologists, and community health specialists who adapt content to suit specific audiences and cultural contexts.

Our education programs have reached over 500 individuals directly through workshops and seminars, with an estimated 500+ indirect beneficiaries through social medaia.

Support Services

Our comprehensive support services program provides holistic assistance to kidney patients and their families throughout their treatment journey. We understand that kidney disease affects not just the patient but the entire family unit, requiring multifaceted support systems.

We provide wraparound services that address the medical, financial, emotional, and logistical challenges faced by kidney patients. Our support extends from diagnosis through treatment and long-term management, ensuring no patient faces their journey alone.

Our case management approach assigns each patient a dedicated support coordinator who conducts comprehensive needs assessments and develops individualized support plans. We maintain partnerships with social service agencies, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.

We currently provide ongoing support to 200+ active patients and their families, with over 500 individuals having received various forms of assistance since program inception.

Dialysis Centre (Upcoming)

Our planned state-of-the-art dialysis center represents a significant milestone in our mission to improve kidney care accessibility in Nigeria. This facility will provide affordable, high-quality dialysis treatment in a patient-centered environment designed for comfort and healing.

The planned facility will feature modern hemodialysis equipment, comfortable treatment areas, and comprehensive support services. We are committed to creating an environment that prioritizes patient dignity, comfort, and clinical excellence while maintaining affordability.

The center is planned to open in 2032 with an initial capacity of 20 dialysis stations, expandable to 40 stations based on community need. We are currently securing funding, finalizing location agreements, and assembling our medical team including nephrologists, nurses, and support staff.

Upon opening, the center will serve 150-200 regular dialysis patients, significantly reducing wait times and improving access to quality care in our region. The facility will also serve as a training center for dialysis technicians and nurses.
